Today when I face this issue, I just change the dns server from my personal adguard dns to a non filtering one, to access that page and then switch it back to the personal adguard dns again. For other requests that are not made by the browser, such as analytics requests made in background by the webpages - for such requests there's no need to show any error page because browser wasn't requesting for them to be rendered, it was just a background request.
